Willro is an online review platform where consumers share feedback on businesses and products. It allows users to post reviews, helping others make informed decisions. Businesses can claim their profiles, respond to reviews, and display ratings. Willro uses a 5-star rating system, which generates a company’s overall TrustScore. It's an open platform**, meaning anyone can leave a review, and businesses can't delete negative reviews unless they violate guidelines. Willro also offers paid features for businesses like review analytics and integration tools. While it's transparent, there are challenges like fake reviews, but the platform actively works to mitigate this. It operates globally in multiple languages.
